54. I have had MS for 30 years and am doing pretty good.

I take breaks esp when there is such negative energy in the air as has happened this past six months or so. Rest, spend time in nature, and then stop in now and again. If you want to talk anytime re the MS, I am just a pm away. We will miss you.
