13. One must assume The Clinton campaign has accessed Sanders data "on more than one occasion"

Likely making a full copy and updating it at each point, the vendor was told the data was accessible and continued the same behavior repeatedly. The individual that runs the company Nathaniel Pearlman, the CEO of NGP-VAN, was the chief technology officer of the Clinton 2008 campaign.

The DNC only cared about the security breaches when a low level Sanders staffer looked at some minor modeling files and the behavior was promptly reported by the Sanders campaign (within 30 mins. is quite prompt).

The DNC run by another Hillary '08 Campaign alumni has only taken action now, and that action is to lock out the Sanders campaign from it's own data. I assume the Hillary campaign has a complete backup of that Sanders data and the firm run by the Hillary associate is using this time to clean up evidence of access to the Sanders files.

This is all assumption of course, but based on deduction and past performance exhibited by the individuals involved.
