and of course my Bernie magnet is on the back of the car. We passed a young man driving (3 lane parkway) and he had a Bernie sticker on the back of his car, so I beeped. About 2 miles later the kid catches up with us (yes, I have a lead foot) starts beeping his horn and giving us the thumbs up.

This has happened to me before but never with Mr. Dorky in the car, so it was a real treat for me to see his reaction, and he turned to me and said “Wow, you are right! That magnet IS magic!”.
