278. It hurts me deeply to realize this site isn't what I thought it was.

So many of us spent years here happily participating thinking we were all mostly of the same mindset - that unacceptable is anything that hurts the planet and the people on it. I haven't spoken of the candidates here previously because I'm Canadian and consider it not my business ........ but fuck that, now. Fracking, war-mongering, a 'feminist' that doesn't give a fuck about the horror and death for so many women and children around the world that have suffered for the same belligerent, mindless, power-hungry need to control the resources of the planet as Bush's cabal - and only those who defend her with the slimy tactics they use here are immune to what others have been driven off for. It's obvious, and it does hurt. I can only imagine how those who've been thrown out here after a decade plus must feel. I'll probably be next. Who cares.
