...at the number of hostile uninformed opinions about O'Malley and PACs in "Primaries."

He is not DLC. He is not bankrolled by billionaires. He did not and could not personally launch a "Generation Forward" super PAC assault on Sanders.

Being a pragmatist does not mean being a "centrist." It means promoting the common good without being bound to ideological labels.

We don't need ideological rigidity; we need problem-solving. Progressive values are a part of that process, but they are not the whole of it. Understanding actual conditions (reality) is a very important part of problem-solving.

I can't for the life of me understand viciousness and unwarranted accusations directed at a candidate who is presently low in the polls, mostly due to lack of name recognition.

Some people read what they want to read and hear what they want to hear. When confronted with counterargument, they just yell louder.

I have said it before, and I will say it again: O'Malley supporters on this board are classy and genuinely reflect the demeanor and behavior of their candidate.

And it is O'Malley's demeanor and behavior that led me to join DU in the first place.
