are generally further left than the ones who aren't. And Medicare for All is defined by Sanders as forcing everyone onto an expanded Medicare, while the more mainstream view is to just offer a public option.
Pelosi tends to be dismissive of people who disagree with her, so calling something "far left" is more her way of blowing it off than a political analysis.
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
