38. Just being able to get the ACA

was a triumph that exceeded what any prior administration ever could do. No, the GOP'ers did not sign on board, but just trying to get the Bernie Sanders wing of the party and the Blue Dogs to agree on something was an accomplishment. No, it wasn't perfect, but it was better than nothing.

Joe Biden is responsible for just about any legislative success that the Obama administration accomplished.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
