Surprisingly only Sweden, The Netherlands and Austria are the only advanced western countries outside of Italy and Spain with that distinction. Sweden and Holland are true surprises, but I guess mysogony runs deep and something about a female top leader causes some men and even women to bolt.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
