As far as I know, of the next 5 candidates in the polls, Beto, Warren, Harris or Buttigieg have not attacked Biden personally.

That leaves one who has done it directly and through dirty tricksters and has a history of doing so.

I wonder if he is sharing Ghouliani's expenses in Ukraine.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
