12. I read the article. Problem is, I don't think Bernie particularly likes other people.

I mean, obviously he's got an inner circle, his wife, Tad Devine, Jeff Weaver. But you hear stories of his physically drawing away from people, of being curt and short with them, or of blowing people off. He hasn't really built any coalitions in the Senate.

If that's who he is, fine, but I don't find it to be a good recipe for working to get things done. I also think he comes off as a tad imperious (listen to his language, aside from the finger-wagging, he's always starting out sentences with "Now look!" or "Listen!&quot .

Kudos to him for trying, but I don't see this as ultimately sincere.
