creative or original under copyright law to begin with. Credit is nice, yes, but this doesn't rise to the level of a charge of plagiarism.
Biden's people's only "error" was technical.
Campaign plans don't rise to the same accountability as journalism or college. These flaggers were demanding something the Biden people didn't owe them.
Any scientific factual basis of any NGO's document -- how is that NGO's document subject to copyright?
Do their docs declare copyright registration? I find it hard to believe.
Aren't NGO's federally funded even if they don't formally represent government? Don't their documents belong to the public?
Are tweets of copyrighted documents subject to copyright? Seriously?
This sounds fishy. NYT has reported some weird stuff lately.
