Democratic Primaries
In reply to the discussion: Dem Presidential Candidates Mostly Agree on Marijuana Legalization. The Exception? Joe Biden [View all]rollin74
(2,283 posts)45. legalization is supported by about 2/3 of the population including a majority of republicans now
legal cannabis is also the fastest growing industry in our country, employing hundreds of thousands and growing exponentially
Biden really seems to have a backwards view on this issue, especially for a Democrat
I hope he announces that he has changed his mind about this
Does he even support banking reform that would allow cannabis businesses to work with financial institutions without fear of prosecution? Legislation is currently working its way through congress and has been endorsed publicly by 38 state attorneys general.
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided

How many times a day do you try to convince DUers that Biden is the candidate we should reject?

Are you embarrassed by Biden's positions, so that you don't want people calling attention to them?

When you can't defend your candidate, I suppose it's best to pivot to attacking a rival candidate.

If Biden is for decriminalization and descheduling, he covers all of your complaints.

I'd rather watch O'Rourke's dentist video 100 times than have a beer with Bush or Trump.
