(43,309 posts)other debate issue is short term, meaningless and futile.
It would be the height of party self defeat if, in the primaries, the very people who've always looked at and compared the records of their party's candidates, just threw that effort out the window with the most accomplished candidate, simply over optics and name recognition. Because they want their traditional standby.
Such a primary vote would spell the end of voter credibility. It would also feed the moneyed forces that try to divide parties, suppress and totally eliminate voter rights at state levels.
I push for Inslee because I want people to fact check me, challenge me and actually think about why I would back him over all the others. Then we can talk.
They would see that, because of his scalable state and national accomplishments and how-to knowledge ...
Inslee is UNASSAILABLE. Oppo research can't touch him.
People of Washington know it. It's time that we seriously support the most squeaky clean, experienced and accomplished presidential candidate I've seen in my lifetime.
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
