2. I do not agree with cancelling the debt of high income earners

Elizabeth's proposal would phase out debt cancellation from 100K to a ceiling of $250K. I prefer this proposal to Bernies, but would like to see the ceiling reduced further to around $200K. Don't tell me people that millionaires need debt relief. How is that progressive?
