They are pretty much splitting the same base of voters.
If they both stay in thru Super Tuesday, neither survives to be the alternative to Biden.
The best thing for Biden is that they (and even Harris and Pete) also stay in.
The larger the field, the earlier Biden wraps up the nomination.
Just my .02.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
