7. I have many years experience with narcissists like Trump

And although there is the urge to beat Trump down into the ground by attacking him...that is the absolute WORST and least effective way to beat a narcissist. That is exactly what energizes a narcissist. They feed off those negative emotions they elicit. It's referred to as narcissistic supply. No narcissist was ever beaten/stopped/or rendered ineffective by way of pumping them full of supply. The ONLY way to beat a narcissist is to STARVE them of supply. That is what makes them feel vulnerable and exposes their weaknesses.

To beat Trump Democrats need to nominate someone who is not defensive, won't react with negative emotions and who is able to challenge what Trump does and says without making it about Trump. This is what Beto does. He speaks very openly and honestly about what Trump does and says and instead of attacking Trump for it he tells everyone that as long as Trump is in office what he does and says reflects on us and that it's up to us to fix it. Instead of just attacking Trump for what Trump does and says he calls on all of us to come together, make our voices heard and get involved, volunteer, bring others in and make sure we all do everything we can to change it. He stresses that we can't just do it with one presidential race, that it has to start at a local level on school boards and city councils and at every level in every place...a movement to save our Democracy, our morality and our planet.

In that article it mentions how he managed to energize voters so much that Texas midterm turnout damn near doubled. If he is the nominee he WILL have that same impact nationally. The FEC fundraising in Texas for the presidential race so far should be a clue. Dollars are more reliable indicators of intended votes and support than poll numbers are. Beto is whooping EVERYONE'S ass in fund raising in Texas...including Trump. Canvassers on the ground going into deep red areas show Beto trouncing Trump with Independents and moderate Republicans. If Beto is the nominee he WILL win Texas and probably at least a few battleground states...but if it were only Texas then Trump has zero path to win because without Texas there just isn't one.

Beto is actually the ideal candidate to go against Trump in every way. The same national news media that helped elect Trump are doing their best to convince Democrats otherwise, though. The story on the ground is very, very different, though. Perhaps Democrats should start asking themselves why Beto is being attacked so relentlessly over such petty things. Maybe they just want Trump to win. I'm sure news ratings are really up since he was elected. Just sayin'...

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
