Did he refuse to even say that Maduro is a dictator? Or did he refuse to declare Guaido the real President?

This is an odd turn of events. Democrats want Democratic candidates to back Trump's position in foreign policy.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
