The July 11th NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll was performed by Hart Research Associates. This pollster is rated A- by 538.

The July 19th NBC/SurveyMonkey poll was performed by Survey Monkey, a different pollster rated D- by 538.

DNC's opinion is what counts though.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
