First of all HR 15 - Raise the Wage Act. Beto was a frickin co-sponsor of this bill. Here is the link to the ACTUAL bill, where you can find his name listed under co-sponsors. https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/house-bill/15
Secondly, HR 676 only allowed for Medicare reimbursements to non-for-profit organizations and NOT for-profit (e.g. hospitals, private practices). That is why he didn't support it. He said he is considering sponsoring an amendment to the resolution to allow reimbursements to for-profits or creating an entirely new bill.

Here we go again. I hope we don't see a repeat of 2016, but it looks like this Summer For Progress group is starting this right out of the gate.
