Schedule I drugs are illegal federally.

Is it legal in some states? Yes. Has Schedule I prevented states from doing that? Nope.

Saying that making it schedule II would somehow harm states is blatant fear-mongering, especially when Biden has said that he wants to federally decriminalize it and leave legality up to the states.

You’re being played by industry executives who don’t feel Biden is going far enough. Which is fine. I agree with them on that point. But it’s not okay to lie about what will happen if Biden’s policies go into effect.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
