It's a very respectful and thoughtful observation.
Nowhere does he/she say or imply that "it's perfectly acceptable to mock someone's word choices knowing they struggle with a stutter." And there's nothing in the post that could remotely be labeled an "attack."
Your response, in fact, helps to illustrate the post's exact point. You are doing exactly what the poster is describing.
