Biden. For all I know, she has a higher IQ. I think even Biden himself would agree that he was not
a top-rate scholar, more middling, and not an academic as is Warren.

She could speak without a glitch for hours on her economic policies, I have no doubt, and does so in that topic range with admirable energy and enthusiasm.

Unfortunately, she is not nearly as up to speed on global foreign affairs and policy as Biden. I say
unfortunate because this is such a crucial area and it could be, given early times, that Warren
surpasses Biden in the primary ranking and gains such support among African Americans and in
the rust belt that she takes the presidency!

True, Obama had no foreign policy experience and little knowledge. Hence, he chose Joe Biden to be on the ticket.
