Your link for Harris doesn't work. It is my understanding that you can see one year of her returns, by appointment, in her California office. I also don't think Booker has made his public. I think Biden has released just under twenty years worth, up to 2015. Sanders has release his limited 1040 forms for one year. I can't find Hickenloopers online. I don't see where Inslee has posted his online.

I think we have sixteen currently announced candidates.
