“Im surprised that somebody as smart about political matters as you are doesn’t know the names of our two main political parties”.

That leaves them either smiling (because I called their shit out) or frowning because they’ve been led to believe our name changed and really don’t know it’s a slight.

If someone called you by a wrong name, wouldn’t you correct them?
Doesn’t our wonderful Democratic Party deserve the same respect?

***And, yes, this is a farking pet peeve of mine. I know most don’t care, though.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
