In 2018, Harris had one of the best attendance records in the Senate, missing only 0.3 percent of votes.
Missing votes during a campaign is normal and a necessity. If she missed something critical, which sounds like she didnt, then that would be another issue.
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
