Not escalating a situation where someone grieving is acting irrationally. Being calm and compassionate under unstable circumstances. You make a good point. People grieve in different ways and it can lead to irrational anger and immature outbursts while trying to fault everyone they can for their pain. They just fall to pieces and rage takes over. Others like Clinton stand tall and bring people together.
