(37,648 posts)Booker, Gov Inslee, Sherrod Brown, etc. It's because Beto has more charisma and is, at least at this stage, more popular. The people decide who is popular. Not the media.
Jealousy is unbecoming of someone who wants to be President. No matter how many are in the race, there will always be one or two who are more popular than the others. That can change from month to month, as well.
I haven't decided who to support yet. But I've said before, and I'll say it again, charisma and that "it" factor is very important in a candidate. It's undefinable, but is what a natural leader always has. When they speak in a group, people naturally listen. When they're on tv in a group, people look at them. People are interested, enthused by them.
Obama had it. Bill Clinton had it. On the right, Reagan had it.
It's not all that is needed. But it's something that most successful leaders have.
