plans becsuse he has been in office for a long time and was vp so people already feel they know him and what he stands for.

this is not the case with others.

but bill Clinton and Obama DID have to focus on issues but they were pretty mainstream democratic positions.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
