Here's a link that should take you to the right section of a book in Google Books that has information on gangs in Wilmington, Delaware, in the early 1960s, 1960-1966.

The Romans are among the gangs named.

The testimony from a Wilmington police captain explains that the gangs were a police problem.

Real confirmation by a man who later headed the NAACP in Delaware that this was a gang member.

If I were to vote in a presidential
