While President Trump is “locked and loaded” and “waiting to hear” from Saudi Arabia about who was behind last weekend’s drone attacks on two of the Kingdom’s oil plants, Democratic presidential hopeful Tulsi Gabbard fired off an attack of her own on Twitter TWTR, -0.56% :
