give trump a chance to 'win' in a premature impeachment which is very likely to die in the 'con Senate, [and trump claims vindication from a witchunt].

It will be hard, and trump is destructive, but also he destroys himself, and the courts keep on beating trump for the most part - so bad that the 'cons lose the Congress. Then,[with a pragmatic President who wins broad support in Congress, we can clean things up, [isolating the far right non-healers] things could work out.

As I've mentioned in other threads, in 1940, the US was isolationist, ignoring the Axis horrors overseas that threatened the US overtime. FDR een had to run in 1040 as an 'isolationist' [while helping allies]. Criticism of FDR grew for not forcefullyhelping Europe grew during 1941. However, FDR held out until he got a national consensus [with Pearl Harbor. Even then, FDR did not declare war against Germany, given the large German 'conservative' populations who did not support war in Europe. - It took Hitler declaring war on the US on December 11, 1941, to overcome that conservative isolationist resistance. So, only then, was WWII really on].
