Surrogate DrDooleyMD (notorious for her #NeverHillary and #HillaryForPrison posts during the 2016 general election campaign, as well as for her embarrassingly unprofessional long distance "diagnoses" of the Democrat) did her best to help elect Trump by stoking HRC "health crisis" conspiracy theories in September - October 2016.
