9. She criticized the TPP rightly. She did criticize

the lack of transparency surrounding it as well — also rightly. Obama presided over its development, so of course he bore some of that criticism. Many Democrats and all of labor criticized the TPP including how and by whom it was developed, it’s lack of transparency and it’s impact on labor and domestic regulation. The mainstream media stayed completely silent on it throughout its development. One thing Warren never did was outright attack free trade per se. Her position was do free trade agreements that are sensible from the standpoint of domestic impacts. I don’t know why any Democrat would argue against or criticize that position. Especially given the 40 year economic policy trend leading up to TPP.
