It took the Civil War and the absence of the southern states from the Congress to manage to excise slavery from the United States...we are as deeply divided once more and most southern states will vote against ANYTHING that they feel the "liberals" want. Even when it runs directly opposed to their own interests.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
