That he was forced to roll out with these endorsements so early in the primary season and almost all at once. It’s clearly to counter his recent heart attack. Bad timing and not what they wanted. It’s too early for the final push but he had no other choice.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
