4. I think it is a mistake for candidates to insinuate.....

...their "plan" can be adopted as a presidential decree. It makes people disappointed in them as office holder, when the actual resulting plan, (which may not resemble the President's wishes exactly) has to go through the wringer of Congressional action, and could take longer than a snap of the finger; and could end up on the cutting floor if the Congress is Republican.

I've said this before....but.....

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
