(25,518 posts)your favorite candidate who said in an article in the Hill, entitled "Kamala Harris will no longer accept corporate PAC money":
"Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) said Monday she will no longer accept donations from corporate PACs, the latest in a string of progressive Democrats who have vowed to do so.
Harris told the hosts of The Breakfast Club radio show in New York that she was caught off guard when asked recently at a town hall about accepting corporate donations. She said at the time it "depends."
So Ive actually made a decision since Ive had that conversation that Im not going to accept corporate PAC checks, she said Monday.
Following Bernie's lead - who's NEVER caught "off guard" - all the other qualified "string of progressive candidates" have said the exact same thing... they have vowed to no longer accept corporate PAC money.
So, please, feel free to take this issue up with these candidates, who are eminently qualified when it comes to swearing off corporate PAC money.

Bernie & Elizabeth 2020!!!
Welcome to the revolution!!!
