Medicare, Medicaid, ACA (and improve it) and regulate private insurance during the long interim.
Biden says he will protect at-risk Medicare and Medicaid. Nothing from Sanders or Warren on this,

M4All critics focus on cost because it makes the difference between ever getting to universal coverage with this particular option or not.

Nine million people are a fraction of our population. It should not be all that difficult to subsidize their care as we head to universal coverage, which Biden favors.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
