11. I agree that he won't go anywhere. Like Steyer, he has spent a lot of his own

money for good causes, including supporting Democratic causes, and I admire both for that. But I don't see him as having any more appeal than has Steyer. At least he has held public office apparently mostly successfully, with some important exceptions, whereas Steyer has not. But if that is the primary measure on which primary voters judge the candidates, other candidates have more.

That said, I think he and anyone else who thinks s/he is qualified should put themselves in the race and see what happens.

primary today, I would vote for:
