But nice try.

I read the plan.It mentions 97% or more Americans being covered by the expanded Obamacare. Nowhere does it say the other 3% or fewer will not be eligible. And it doesn't mention they will be "vulnerable and uninsured". The estimate may refer to the 3% or less that will choose not to enroll, for whatever reason. Perhaps they feel less vulnerable than those being insured under the plan. Perhaps they are independently wealthy. Perhaps they are the gun freaks who "want to stick it to the libtards". Perhaps they are religious fanatics who don't believe in medical intervention. There may be up to 9 million reason why people would make choices that sound weird to you.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
