(42,862 posts)I keep requesting info that lists his legislative accomplishments, but so far, nothing.
All I'm saying is, one might think that anyone who had spent 30 years in Washington would have something to show for it. (And I'm talking about things that have real meaning in the lives of everyone... not dedicating Post Office names, and the like.)
Where's the leadership? Where's the cooperation and compromise that gets things done? Finding common ground means PROGRESS, right? Grandstanding and boasting, well, not so much progress happens there.
By the way, you know that thing about how BS "votes with Democrats 99% of the time" ... I'm sure you've heard it. His supporters repeat it regularly. Well... turns out that IT'S NOT TRUE. In reality, BS does NOT "vote with the Democrats 99% of the time". It's closer to 80%.
