And is isn't true that adolescents have been ingesting THC at the rate and frequency we are seeing today with the advent of vape pens.
Lives are falling apart. We should not turn a blind eye to a serious mental and emotional health crisis that is happening as we speak.
It is a false proposition that anyone wants to treat this as a "criminal problem." The real issue is that marijuana proponents will NOT treat this as a medical problem. And it IS A PROBLEM. A big problem.
We need to get in front of this. Now.
If I were to vote in a presidential
