Voter suppression + decades of RW memes against HRC + those like Sarandon, Stein & their ilk + Russian bots to smear Hillary at every possible instance + Comey = the disaster in 2016.

But yes, blame Hillary and black voters!

If Booker actually believes this, he needs his head examined!
