12. Legalization in CA has been a disaster in my estimation.

Regulations have completely broken down. The black market dwarfs the legal industry. Tax revenues are below projections as criminal enterprises have largely taken over the trade.

And the worst thing is that teen use is skyrocketing. Criminals rarely have any compunctions about selling to kids.

Illegal delivery services will bring it right to a teen's door.

The schools are seeing academic failure and mental and emotional health issues due to heavy pot consumption at rates they have never seen before.

We are doing to pay very deadly as a society for promoting a drug as if it doesn't cause serious harm to the brains, well-being, and life prospects of young people.

We are making a huge mistake. We need to find a way to de-criminalize pot w/o sacrificing a generation to the drug abuse of marijuana, a drug that causes young minds very serious harm.
