There is not the slightest bit of evidence that marijuana use is detrimental to adults. As for kids, like cigarettes and booze, only a knuckle dragging jackboot wearing a-hole would regulate what ADULTS can consume on the basis that some children might get also get hold of such substances. If they do, blame the parents, just as with cigs and booze and prescription drugs.

Anyone against legalization is in the wrong political party and is even in the fascist fringe of the Republicans.
