Here are the facts: illegal dispensaries and illegal delivery operations have come to dwarf legal enterprises since "legalization."

We have three things that has caused a "perfect storm" that is very different from the past.

1) Illegal vendors can be accessed through apps like Weedmaps that link to criminal enterprises. Teens can get home delivery.

2) Vape has changed the game. Now many high schoolers are vaping between classes. This is having catastrophic consequences. Vape is very stealthy vs smoking.

3) Legalization proponents have been feeding the "big lie" that marijuana consumption is either benign or even a positive. It's not. But teens are getting the wrong message, especially given the destructive properties of marijuana on adolescent brains. We are seeing academic failure and dimming life prospects as a direct result.
