Mike Bloomberg will visit Aurora to meet gun-violence survivors [View all]

Denver Post

Former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg is making one of his earliest presidential campaign stops in Aurora on Thursday as he puts the focus on gun violence.

Bloomberg, who launched his campaign just last week with an eight-figure TV ad buy in markets including Denver, will have a roundtable-style event with victims of gun violence and family members of people killed in mass shootings. State Rep. Tom Sullivan, a fellow Democrat who helped the Bloomberg campaign put the event together, confirmed the details to The Denver Post.

The Bloomberg campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment. But KCNC-Channel 4 reported that Bloomberg plans to announce gun policy proposals at the event.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
