Michael McFaul, former ambassador to Russia during the Obama administration, tweeted this a few minutes ago:

Other candidates have their strong suits, but on national security and foreign policy, Biden is the most qualified candidate in either party. I worked with him for five years in the Obama Administration. He would restore American leadership and respect in the world overnight.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
