8. I would add the NATO meeting where Trump was worse than ever -- allowing the contrast with Biden

Biden's strongest credential has been that he has been involved in US foreign policy for decades and knows everyone AND IS LIKED AND RESPECTED .. unlike Trump. That fiasco helped make the ad on their relative international reputations both more obvious and incredibly current.

I bet they already had the meat of that ad done and were able to just add the NATO stuff. Then once the ad was out, Biden likely timed Kerry's endorsement to reinforce that.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
