14. The question was very realistic... why wouldn't he answer?

I've seen this trick (tactic) used often. Rather than answering the legitimate question that was asked, he ignored it or side-stepped it and instead "asked himself" the question that he would have preferred to be asked rather than the one he was unprepared for.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
